Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that your guests must be registered attendees of the show.
  • You will be required to distribute special gold one-day passes to allow your attendees access onto the show floor after show hours. Passes can be picked up in the Show Office.
  • You will be required to hire one security guard if your event includes more than 50 people or two security guards if your event includes more than 100 people.
  • You will be required to meet and greet your attendees at a designated show floor entrance, and escort all of your guests to your booth at one time.
  • You will be solely responsible for the conduct of your guests, including but not limited to replacing any damaged items that are a direct result of their conduct.
  • No events will be allowed on the show floor the morning of April 22, 1008.
